Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kavero website (www.kavero.io) and our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Kavero provides AI-powered website design, development, chatbot implementation, and business automation services. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements between Kavero and each client.

Subscription & Billing

• All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts required.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice.
• No setup fees are charged for standard projects.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom website designs, code, and content created specifically for their project. Kavero retains the right to use project work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Kavero name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Kavero and may not be used without permission.

AI Chatbot & Automation

Our AI chatbot and automation services are provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. Kavero is not liable for decisions made based on chatbot interactions. We continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Website Use

• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our website beyond what is permitted in our robots.txt.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
